There are plenty debuts that will be released this year and they sound very interesting! Though I have many in my wishlist, this is ten debuts I'm really looking for this year =)

Top Ten Fifteen 2014 Debuts I'm Excited For
Eh, did I write 'fifteen'?
My bad, but I can't resist listing more than only ten =)

Hexed - Michelle Krys
Alienated - Melissa Landers
The Unseemly Education of Anne Merchant - Joanna Weibe

Landry Park - Bethany Hagen
Nearly Gone - Elle Cosimano
Prisoner of Night and Fog - Anne Blankman

Stolen Songbird - Danielle L. Jensen
The Murder Complex - Lindsay Cummings
Summer on the Short Bus - Bethany Crandell

Camelot Burning - Kathryn Rose
The Art of Lainey - Paula Stokes
Illusive - Emily Lloyd Jones

... and those which haven't had covers yet :
The Beautiful Ashes - Jeaniene Frost
Jeaniene Frost is actually not a new name in literature world but I read this is her YA (or NA?) debut novel so I include her name here. Because I ABSOLUTELY LOVE her series 'Night Huntress', I once had a wish she would write a YA series and I ABSOLUTELY WILL BUY IT NO MATTER WHAT. Aaaaaaand here it is! =D SO HAPPY! xDDDDD

The Revelation of Gabriel Adam - S.L. Duncan
Of Scars and Stardust - Andrea Hannah

I'm pretty sure some of you have read some of titles up there so I hope you'll kindly give me your opinion about books I list above if you have read some of them =)

Do you have the same debut title you're excited as I have up there?
Leave your TTT list so I can check them back. Thank you for visiting and have a nice day! =D

TTT #12 : Top Ten Books I've Read So Far In 2013

Top Ten Tuesday is a feature/weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. It's the best and fun way to share lists of certain topics with other fellow bloggers. If you want to participate, please visit their blog for further information! =D

I made my own TTT's banner with kind of vintage feeling. I'll use that from now on. What do you think of it? ;)

I only have a little reading time per day because of my full time job (and because I'm a crappy procrastinator and also suddenly I'm not really in the mood to read any book) so I have accomplished just less than a half from the target of Goodreads reading challenge until I had reducing number of book I'll read this year. Sigh. And I have tendency not to read the new release right away and let them piled up on my shelf so yeah probably most of books from this list are not new releases.

Top Ten Eight Books I've Read So Far In 2013

The Indigo Spell by Richelle Mead
I love this series very much, and it's because of Adrian Ivashkov. I tell you enough ;)

Sweet Evil by Wendy Higgins
I've never thought I would love this series before but I do! The best paranormal romance series I've read this year! And yes it's because of Kaidan Rowe ;)

Sweet Peril by Wendy Higgins
The sequel of Sweet Evil and it's more amazing than the predecessor! Love this so much =D

The Host by Stephenie Meyer
I have hesitated a lot to read this book because of intimidating book size (the version I've read is huge and thick) and I finally read it before the movie hit the theater. And guess what, I love it! =)

Through The Ever Night by Veronica Rossi
Another sequel I've waited the most, and it's even more intense, amazing and also heart-breaking than before! Totally awesome!

Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare
Maybe it would be in everyone's list. I love how Clare did to 'solve' the most beautiful love triangle ever in this book. Love Will Herondale very much!

Unraveling by Elizabeth Norris
Just finished this book yesterday and wow I feel bad for abandoning this book for more than a year, can you believe it?! Because this book is really cool and awesome, everybody should read this book! And yeah BEN MICHAELS FOR LIFE! =D

Noah by Elizabeth Reyes
This book offers a controversial love story between younger guy and much older girl (age gap almost 10 years old) and I used to feel awkward about it. But the author did a good job turning it to be a sweet love story ever. Love it! =)

Yep, only eight of them because I don't read many books this year *sobs*

What do you think about books above? Are some of them also in your list?
So what books are in your list this week? =)

TTT #11 : Top Ten Favorite Book Covers Of Books I've Read

Top Ten Tuesday is a feature/weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. It's the best and fun way to share lists of certain topics with other fellow bloggers. If you want to participate, come visit their blog for further information! =D

Maybe it's a bit shallow or just because I love arts, but for me, cover probably is one of the most important aspect that can make me decided if I would read or purchase certain book or not. I do a lot judging book by its cover though I know it's wrong. Bad cover will make me quite bad mood and though the story might be nice, I could loss any interest on the book. Yeah that's me =).
With no particular order, here's covers of books I've read that I love :

Top Ten Favorite Book Covers Of Books I've Read

Article 5 by Kristen Simmons
I always love color combination of black, white and red like Article 5 cover, plus a boy and a girl who are facing the devastated city, so fascinating!

Across the Universe by Beth Revis
Unlike most of others, I prefer this cover version than the hardcover one. This is very cool and have more sci-fi feeling.

Waterfall by Lisa T. Bergren
Look how puh-ree-tee this cover is! Love how it has meadieval feeling in it. =D I was so eager to read this book just because the cover (and thankfully the story is as beautiful as the cover! =D)

Through the Ever Night by Veronica Rossi
This series has very pretty cover, and I really love this one. Love the color and Perry in there! =D

The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight by Jennifer L. Smith
Another black-white-red combination, this book was really catching my eyes at first sight. and I really LOVE the fun and interesting typography =)

The Mysterious Benedict Society by Trenton Lee Stewart
Actually I'm cheating, I read the translation version with very different cover which is quite okay, but I really love the original version especially this UK one, for the entire books of this series. It's really creative, looks cute and intriguing at the same time

Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins
I love how they arranged the picture and the titles and makes St.Clair 'mysterious'. Quite simple and lovely.

Matched by Ally Condie
This is one example how something simple could be so attractive. I really love this cover! (though I didn't really love the story =p) And it goes perfectly with the storyline. So fascinating!

The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin
One of simple but really fascinating cover. Actually it has very less touch but the picture, the mysterious and dark feeling inside and the fonts are perfectly combined it makes this book very intriguing and makes people very curious about this book. LOVE!

Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare
I really love this series's cover, especially Clockwork Princess. I feel the designer pulled out their best effort and did their best to design the covers. So breathtakingly beautiful!

... and suddenly I realize I picked some certain color tones and I swear I don't do it on purpose. Do you notice it? ;D
Is there any cover you also love from what I pick above? What do you think about them?

TTT#10 : Top Ten Books At The TOP Of My Spring 2013 TBR list

Top Ten Tuesday is a feature/weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. It's the best and fun way to share lists of certain topics with other fellow bloggers. If you want to participate, please visit their blog for further information! =D

We don't have Spring, sadly, at the country where I live. It must be really nice to see sort of transformation from frozen sight to more lively ones; flowers blooming, crisp and warm air... *day-dreaming*
Ehem, okay, so I did check and realize there are a lot awesome book that will be released this spring and it's soooo hard to choose just only ten books! UGH!
Well, then this is my list, I choose only coming-soons new series and sequels :

Top Ten Books At The TOP Of My Spring 2013 TBR list

1. Requiem by Lauren Oliver
I'm still waiting for my copy to be arrived, around 2 weeks more *sigh*. Despite all mixed reviews out there, I really can't wait to read how this beautiful series would end. Guys I know most of you have read this book, share your thoughts please =D

2. Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare
Another last book of a series I've been eagerly waiting for years. What would happen to Tessa, Will and Jem??? I also can't wait to read about the red thread between the characters in this series with the characters in The Mortal Instruments. The release date is coming closer! EEEEEEP!!! 8D

3. Walking Disaster by Jamie McGuire
Okay, Beautiful Disaster was a guilty pleasure of mine last year, and when I heard there would be a sequel book, the same story but we see the story from Travis side, I was flippin' excited! =D

4. Dark Triumph by Robin LaFevers
I think this book would have the strangest couple ever, if you have read Grave Mercy you'll understand what I mean. Sybella and Beast, everyone? It would be really exciting! =D Can't wait to get this book!

5. Unbreakable by Elizabeth Norris
Honestly I still need to read Unraveling but I already can't wait to get Unbreakable. I plan to read Unraveling near the release date of Unbreakable so I won't need to wait too much longer to read the sequel =)

6. Taken by Erin Bowman
Taken has been in my radar like ages ago *woops!* because of the amazing cover and blurb and I found Erin Bowman is such an amazing person as well.

7. Bronze God by A.A. Aguirre
I 'accidentally' found this book and immediately captivated by the summary, like a detective story with steampunk and fantasy twist. And since it's an adult novel, I think it would be more complicated. It sounds really cool and awesome!

8. Sweet Peril by Wendy Higgins
Sweet Evil is one of my favorite read this year (although it was out last year, eh =p) and I REALLY CAN'T WAIT to get Sweet Peril! I need more Kaidan in my life! =D

9. In the Shadow of Blackbird by Cat Winters
This book sounds so devastating, dark and kind of sad but I heard this book is so good so I need to proof it myself. I also need to read more books about ghost, and this one sounds perfect.

10. Icons by Margaret Stohl
So thankful this book got its cover changed, yea I'm not really a fan of the previous cover, and this one looks more awesome =) I love Beautiful Creatures so I definitely want to get Stohl's solo novel as well. Dystopia and alien? Count me in! ;)

That's my list, do you have some of them on your list too?
What's on your list? Share your link so I can check them back =D

TTT#9 : Top Ten Settings I'd Like To See More Of (Or At All)

Top Ten Tuesday is a feature/weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. It's the best and fun way to share lists of certain topics with other fellow bloggers. If you want to participate, please visit their blog for further information! =D

I have to admit that the setting only could really make me want to read certain book =D It's really fun to imagine I am in there, in sort of imaginary or real places I've never been there before. So here's my list :

Top Ten Eight Settings I'd Like To See More Of (Or At All)
*both in reality or fantasy, and not really specific*

1. Boarding School
taken from here
The first place that popped into my mind while I read this week topic is 'Hogwarts'. I really love stories set in boarding school, both mixed or girls/boys only. I live in a country with almost no boarding school (as far as I know) so it's fascinated me. It's somehow also fun to see dorm-dividing system like Hogwarts, based on their character and potency; or like boarding school at manga called 'For You In Full Blossom', which divides their students into certain dorm based on their talent. I hope I can see more of Boarding School setting in the future.

2. Medieval or Victorian Era, basically Historical fiction setting
taken from here, so gorgeous! =D
Recently I realized that I enjoy reading stories with historical background. Probably because I would never be in there since we don't have time machine =p. Mostly this setting has magnificent castles, knights in shining armor, girls in gorgeous dresser, horses, untouched wide green field and I LOVE THEM =D

3. Europe Cities like Paris, London and many more =)
taken from here
Europe is my big dream! =D When I was a student of Architecture Department, I've been admiring Europe for its beautiful cities, buildings and arts; and I really want to go there! Sadly I still can't afford to go there (but I hope someday I WILL) so reading stories with some beautiful cities in Europe like Paris, London Prague or anywhere can at least makes me imagine I am there. Sounds pathetic but yeah that's what I feel ;p

4. Countryside, with its large farm and ranch, yee-haw! =D
taken from here
Anyone know a simulation game on Playstation I name 'Harvest Moon'? That game makes me want to live in a country side and own a ranch and run a farm! =D Okay, back to the topic. Basically I love log house and large field, they have warm, peaceful and free image in my mind. And don't forget the cowboys, YUM! So stories with this setting immediately catch my attention. Seems like as far as I remember, I only read one YA novel with country-side setting (but bunch of Harlequin novels with this setting) so I need to read more of them.

5. Futuristic city set in the future
taken from here
Oooh all hail crazy imagination! Maybe I'm biased, because I'm a dreamer and have a basic in architecture so I love to see high tech building and structures, lol. People who can create a futuristic city and its details must be a super-genius and probably this is one thing why I badly fall in love with Dystopia series.

6. Underwater world
Atlantis, taken from here
Little Mermaid, everyone? =D
I admit I still haven't read many books about 'Life Under Water' kind like story about mermaid and merman or maybe about Atlantis, and I imagine it would be very AMAZING!!

7. Fantasyland
Rivendell, taken from here
I have not read The Lord of The Ring novels, but from the movies I think this is a series with the most beautiful fantasy places visualization and I deeply fall in love with it. I hope there will be another series with amazing fantastical setting like this one =D

8. Bakery and Patisserie
taken from here
CUPCAKES! CAKES! ICE CREAM! CHOCOLATE! HEAVEN!
Though I don't really like sweet things but I love cakes =D
I rarely see any YA books with this setting or maybe I haven't notice one before but I really look forward for this! Any book recommendation?

Actually there might be many more, but I only have these in my mind right now that I really want to see more. You're very welcome to recommend me some books with settings above. What's your list? Link me so I can check it back.
Have a nice day =)
